That's how he looks, not just in the official art, but in game as well. I mean, you wouldn't shrink down Mario's nose or give Link nonpointy ears.

Though the eyebrows could stand to look thinner, the main (and pretty much only) thing I don't like about Shyguy Grey's face is the mouth.
Toon Link doesn't constantly smile. Why do some people just not get this?

I tried putting eyebrows on my original sprite and I couldn't get it to look right. But I tried another shot, basing it off of that.

And he smilies in most of the artwork. It doesn't really matter because in his idle in Brawl he's constantly changing his expression from happy to calm to angry. So it won't always be a smile.

Because they didn't want the base sprite to look to band so they added a smirk for the time being?
Anyways, I made them thinner.

Yeah, and the other sprite had changed his legs, sword, and his sideburns things in addition to his shield.

I like Wes's sheild as well. All I did was mess with the head. The body was from the one everyone else was editing.
