Rules are easy

A simple rhyme/poem description of a pokemon, you figure it out, whoever figures it out first thinks up the next poem. Try to make it difficult.

I'll start with a hard one:

I live deep down, in the sea of blue...
My body glows, with a certain hue...
My fins aflutter, as if I flew...

Who am I?
