Nope, he is cuter with the fangs.
Also I didn't see the Swan before because i was too busy looking at that Electric Zebra and how adorable he looked in that image.
Because he is currently one of my favorites in the new games.
Also I think that Orange bridge in the map is supposed to be the Golden Gate bridge of the game and that town might be based off of California.

I think we need a Capybara and a real meerkat. The Chipmunk is fine but it cannot replace a meerkat.

I'm pretty sure the Japanese generalization merges both NY and CA. I'm thinking that the west is california (golden gate bridge) and the east is NY (brooklyn bridge?)

i think if they really wanna prove this generation is based on america

they should use a raccoon pokémon as this generation's ratatta/bidoof

That and the two mountain ranges are based off of the two mountain ranges that we have

Nope and if there was a koffing shaped town in america then I'd go for it but since there isn't then oh well.
