I believe that the Pyro is actually Abraham Lincoln, and the third Not Dying machine was built to keep Lincoln alive
alive long enough to go past TFC into TF2.
And because Lincoln had several mishaps before being brought back to life (failed rocket jumping attempt, John "Tower of Hats" Boothe, etc.), he may now be the wheezing monstrosity we know him today
although it's probably a robot and you're 100% right
Valve needs to include Tinfoil hats into the game

After masturbating vigorously, I can give some input on this. I'm GUESSING*** that you can deply the mini sentry and regular sentry. The sentry acts as a quick drop off and 1/2 damage means Pistol damage. Perfect sidegrade.
Also you PUNCH people with a robot arm. Badass eh?

We should make a TSR achievement server to farm the achievements. Cause it looks like you would need some teamwork to get these.

Oh well; Engineer is my most played class and I can easily see getting most of those achievements without the use of achievement servers

If you can place only one, then the Gunslinger essentially becomes a downgrade. Two, however, would make it a bit of an upgrade.
Also, since the blog hasn't been updated with the final announcement, I'm guessing there will still be a bit more info.
